Simulan ang TutorialAs a PSDS, your account gives you access to all schools within your assigned district. You can view student accounts, LRN credentials, and assessment results for every school under your supervision — all in one place.
A school account (Principal/Teacher) can only see their own school's data. A PSDS account sees data across all schools in their district. The interface is the same — but the data scope is wider.

Visit the MoodleSync Portal and sign in using your authorized PSDS Google Account.

Open Chrome, Edge, or any modern browser and go to https://zsibugaymoodlesync.com/portal/

Click the Google sign-in button and select your authorized PSDS DepEd email.

Only PSDS accounts that have been registered by the Division ICT team will have district-wide access. Make sure to use the correct email.

You'll see a list of all schools under your district. Click on any school to view its student accounts and data.

You can easily switch between schools in your district using the sidebar or dropdown — no need to log out and log back in.

Once you select a school, you can view and download the student accounts (LRN & passwords) for that school — the same way school principals do.
Pagka-select ng paaralan, makikita at mada-download ninyo ang student accounts (LRN at password) ng paaralang iyon.
After selecting a school, navigate to "View Students" in the sidebar to see all enrolled students with their LRN and password.

Click the Download button to export student accounts as a file. This works exactly the same way as the school principal's download.

Go back to your district view and select another school to view different data. You have access to all schools in your district.

You can download student accounts for each school individually. This helps you check if schools have properly set up their student accounts in MoodleSync.

As a PSDS, you can also view assessment results for each school in your district — allowing you to monitor learner performance district-wide.

After selecting a school, click "Assessment Results" in the sidebar to view the school's learner performance data.

You can review each school's assessment results one by one to monitor overall district performance and identify schools that may need support.
